想成電眼美女紋眼線 意外傷及角膜

為了成為電眼美女，小心可能付出代價！一名29歲女性為了讓自己雙眼看起來更加深邃有神，至坊間美容院進行下眼瞼刺青，也就是俗稱「紋眼線」，沒有想到，卻造成角膜傷害，被家人送至急診室急救治療，視力才逐漸恢復。
聖誕節快到了，不少女性想要成為電眼美人，成為聖誕派對上耀眼的主角。儘管可以透過眼妝，來達到電眼效果，但過程比較麻煩，事後又得卸妝，有些人為了一勞永逸，乾脆去紋眼線。
最近收治了一名眼睛疼痛的急診病患，台北市立聯合醫院中興院區眼科主治醫師蕭雅娟表示，這一名29歲的女性，在紋完下眼瞼眼線後，雙眼疼痛不堪，檢查後發現，雙眼角膜下方表皮破損嚴重，經藥物治療，才慢慢恢復視力。
蕭雅娟說，該名病患雙眼眼瞼紅腫似金魚，結膜發炎充血，進一步觀察眼角膜，發現大面積角膜上皮缺損，如果沒有適時治療，視力恐將受損。該名女性患者自訴，在紋眼線之後的幾個小時，眼睛開始不舒服，流淚不止，眼球疼痛，無法睜開。稍微一揉，更是疼到不行，只好趕緊到醫院掛急診。
該患者的角膜上皮缺損，產生疼痛，為了滋潤角膜及預防感染，開立了抗生素眼藥水及眼藥膏。治療數日後，角膜傷口逐漸癒合，約一星期才完全恢復。蕭雅娟強調，以刺青來紋眼線，效果確實可以維持好幾年，但操作過程中，一不小心可能造成角膜傷害。一旦角膜病變，感覺疼痛，還會出現畏光、流淚、灼熱感、異物感等等，當病變侵犯至中央視軸處，則可影響視力，不可不慎。
在紋眼線過程中，美容師會先塗抹上局部麻醉劑，以減輕疼痛。刺青時，還會不斷擦拭眼瞼邊緣，不論是局部麻醉劑或染劑，甚至是其他酸鹼溶劑，都可能因為擦拭這個動作，而傷及角膜。
如果角膜破皮的面積不大，只要好好休息，使用滋潤眼藥水治療，並加抗生素防止感染，等角膜傷口完全癒合，可恢復正常視力。若延遲就醫，一旦產生細菌感染，演變成角膜潰瘍，嚴重可能留下疤痕，影響視力，可就得不償失。
蕭雅娟建議，紋眼線時，應選擇值得信任人員及場所。眼線紋好之後，盡量使用眼藥水或眼藥膏，預防感染，並隨時注意眼睛情況，如有不適，立即就醫，把握治療時機。
