材料
糯米一斤、香菇五朵、青豆三大匙、臘肉四兩、蝦米一兩、紅蔥頭七~八粒
調味料
醬油三大匙、味精、胡椒各1/2小匙、鹽半小匙、油三大匙
作法
1.糯米洗淨瀝乾水份,香菇、臘肉切小丁,蝦米洗淨片刻,青豆煮熟、蔥頭
切片。
2.燒三大匙油爆炒蔥頭,蝦米、香菇、臘肉及米、醬油、味精、胡椒 ,炒勻
後,倒入內鍋,水加至三格半再攪拌一次。外鍋四格水即可 煮成油飯,好
時再拌入青豆即成。
